On the surface, the modern workplace doesn’t seem a scary place. However a third of British workers say that occupational fears and phobias are making their working life unpleasant, or even hindering their career progression.
Set Reset worked with hiring platform Jobsite and mental health expert Stephen Buckley to create an interactive article that explores the most common workplace fears and phobias. Using testimonials and data from a survey of 2,000 employees, the microsite explains the most common anxieties and provides ways to help cope with them. Interactive illustrations bring these phobias to life and reveal the ordeal that many employees face each day at work.
